Canceling an order

Once an order is placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a completed order. If you have concerns about the product you receive, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or a full refund.
